About 16,000 citizens belonging to Dalits, tribals and other backward classes were distributed Cfree of charge through the organization. Apart from this, since the tribal people of Igatpuri and Trimbakeshwar talukas are deprived of irrigation water and for the last 7-8 years, we have undertaken one program full-time and that is to provide irrigation facilities to the farmers of tribal areas at government expense.

The organization has successfully completed the works of irrigation irrigation schemes for the farmers of Awate, Dahalewadi, Kharoli, Alvand villages in Trimbakeshwar taluka. Taking advantage of this, the farmers of these four villages have started doing horticulture in their respective areas with excellence in the first year. In all these four villages only Nagali, Varai and paddy cultivation was done. As the farmers here do not have enough knowledge about horticulture, the organization has tried to bring them into the mainstream by training them adequately through the organization in collaboration with the agriculture department and tribal department of the Maharashtra government.

Most of the places in Maharashtra have tribal lands and they are totally dependent on agriculture. As there are big dams in the tribal areas, their lands have been acquired to a large extent. The main result is that the tribals are largely displaced. According to the water policy of the Water Resources Department of the Government of Maharashtra, the dam victims have the first right to the dams and they have been completely ignored till date. The organization is fully prepared to work on the issue of tribal dam-affected displaced persons. Five lift irrigation schemes implemented by the organization are working excellently and till date the said schemes have been visited of Walmi, Aurangabad time to time by the Central Govt., Secretary, Superintending Engineer, Water Conservation Nashik, Executive Engineer, Integrated Tribal Development Project Officer, Walmi Aurangabad, Ministry of Tribal Development. This schemes for L.T. connection & electrical low bill. Apart from this, Agricultural Engineers from Tamil Nadu state have visited this place and all have praised this scheme.
